I guess Laura didn't appreciate Alabaster's attempt on her life. (Although, I doubt she's actually trying to kill him.)

Needless to say, Laura will probably end up strangling Alabaster to death, because she's a cold-hearted killing machine!

Can't you see the bloodthirst in her eyes?!

And damn. Laura is becoming a more likeable character with every page. Come on you Keidran! Strangle that damn Basitin!

Yay for Trace not being (completely) insane.
Yay for Laura strangling Alabaster.
And finally, yay for the ironie that Alabaster is beeing killed with his own string of manacrystals.

As fun as it is to watch Laura choke a bit- I mean an Alabasterd, I can't help but wonder where Flora is in all this. We haven't seen her since Trace exploded the wall, when she shouted his name. Since then, we haven't seen and heard from her. Am I the only one who thinks Flora will suddenly appear and do something that will either solve or completely *BEEP* up the situation?

Laura isn't intentionally choking Alabasterd. She is actually just trying to retrieve the mana necklace for Natani.

I laughed out loud when I saw the last couple panels. I loved it that much. :]
Yay for Laura, I hope she actually takes him out... That'd earn some serious awesome points*.

That last bit of dialogue killed the scene, I think. I liked the lead-in to her choking him like a hitman with piano wire, but the "I'm sorry I'm hurting you!" just seems... out of place. She sounds too in control of her thoughts when she's obviously 100% out of her element. I'd rather see her thoughtlessly killing him rather than considering the morality of it. *shrug*

Still, piano wire choking? I approve.
