That lightning is razor sharp ya know, since it's magic and whatnot. Magic lightning cuts, real lightning cooks, both are bright and only one is cool to watch.

Well, since he first plopped himself in front of the tower, several scenes showed characters with cuts, slashes and blood. Before then, only Trace's black ribbons of doom had been cutting anything, and he said he wasn't harming anyone in his party.
Basically, the lightning had to be doing *something*. Maybe it's a pain to draw char marks and burning flesh? Meh.. I have enough suspension of disbelief that I can see lightning cutting and blowing chunks of clothing around. Magic is what you want it to be, so if it looks like lightning, smells like roses, but cuts julian fries out of the closest person, so be it.

Looks like were going to see either A. Someone die by electrocution or B. Someone dies in a cool action packed explosion with debris. Either way their both bad.

She could just shoot Alabaster with a magic-less arrow first... seems like she has a clear shot on him...

I think she will shoot Alabaster now. Trace has a half clear mind anyway. Flora just needs to tell him to stop.

Wow, that is some sharp lightning Alabastard is throwing around. I think Laura's pretty lucky he only hit her shoulder. A little bit more to the right and she'd be pretty dead (and headless).
I must say, I love some of the details in this page. Especially the way Kathrin is cowering behind Eric, and the way Natani holds the arrow. This is why TwoKinds is one of the best comics out there
Also, I only now noticed that Laura has ears with a different colour than her fur
Why doesn't she have orange ears like the rest of her fur? I don't see anyone else with differently-coloured ears
