EDIT: Never mind, I think it's just me. It looks like in the coming weeks we will be seeing more of these two, which should prove to be very interesting.......

Looks like I was wrong. I thought we were either going to go into flashback and see Kathrin’s back story, or go see how Keith is holding up.

I wonder what’s going through Flora’s mind right now. Feeling her “baby bump” should be making her believe she’s pregnant, yet at the same time disbelieve because of what the father is.

You think she still angry at you because of your argument the other night? I think her being happy to see you alive and well proves that she doesn’t care about that. Or are you talking about your arm? You might not remember the times when you became a psychotic killer, or the time you actually tried to strangle her, but she stuck with you through all those times. I don’t think she’s going to have too much trouble with your new arm. But just to be on the safe side, I’d probably quit using the Black Magic if I were you.

But yes, Flora, tell Trace it's him. We all know it. He's a monster who kills children and innocent soldiers, and could go off at virtually any minute. For all his concerns about how much of an "animal" you are, he's only tenuously Human himself. There's definitely more than a little of "him" to the problem.

Oooh, Flora's stripes now have a 'scribbled' look to them, I like it, esp on the ears & tail tip. I've liked it since it's use earlier in the comic...it's nice to see it incorporated now.

The problem here is that Flora thinks that it was another keidran and not Trace. I wonder how either of them is going to figure out that it is a keidran/human hybrid before the little guy is born.

I think Flora is only one, maybe two months into her pregnancy so the baby probably hasn’t developed enough yet to start kicking. But then again this is based on Human pregnancies, I don’t know if Keidran go through the same things or not.

The problem here is that Flora thinks that it was another keidran and not Trace. I wonder how either of them is going to figure out that it is a keidran/human hybrid before the little guy is born.

I guess the only way they’ll know is if they trust/believe the story of what happened and accept that hybrids are now possible. Either that, or we’re going to need yet another Deus Ex-Machina.

Keidran live lives that are upwards of 5x shorter than humans, so 1-2 months can be upwards of 10 months pregnant if she was human...

I like how Trace went to "It's me isn't it" as she was being evasive around him. I say tell him and if their cub is a half-breed then... ...I wonder how Trace will respond?

The difference ratio in lifespans does not necessarily equate to the same ratio in gestation period. Also consider that a hybrid would probably have a gestation somewhere between the two pure-blood gestations.
