Hey, wait a minute. That hat looks like it’s from the modern era instead of the timeframe the comic is set in. Where does Eric keep getting these things from the future? He must be a time traveler! That’s the only logical explanation!

It's Tom's editorial response to the comments about the lack of a working crew: "We don't need no stinkin' crew!"
