So anyway is it just me, or do Natani’s breasts look smaller? Maybe she’s under a spell and they shrink when more people know about her gender. Or maybe the explosion from the Mana Tower gave her super powers and she can now retract them!

No, it's not just you. They do look smaller. But the explanation is likely not some magic-induced super-power... far more likely, Tom just didn't get the scale on them quite right. Tom's art is getting really quite good, but no one is ever perfect on scales and such. I must admit tho, that I didn't notice the difference until you pointed it out.
