They should definitely keep that Helmet. It appears to have a built-in flotation device that stops it from going under.

And before anyone brings up water displacement... it went over a waterfall. What are the chances of it staying above water then? Either that or the river gets really shallow afterwards.

Oh Flora, that was bad of you. I guess we could call you, a naughty pu- wait a minute. Oh crap! I think I figured out the twist ending for this whole comic!

The wickedness of old Trace has been seeping out and infecting those closest to him! This act was its first manifestation within Flora. Just look at her! She looks too innocent and cute to not be the main villain by the end! It's all an act! Her wearing Trace's old Templar shirt is almost a form of foreshadowing her becoming the Furry version of Darth Vader!

I like how Natani looks in the last panel there. It is almost as if she is actually looking at Keith visually recalling the memory from the past. As if she is experiencing it at that very moment. It makes it even funnier to me for some reason.

My guess would be that it did NOT remain floating after going over the waterfall... and Keith took another bath while retrieving it all.
