Serious delay finding a printer and then later losing the first shipment of printed books in transit. They were later recovered.

I'm almost 100% certain that it isn't a coincidence. Tom, for the last 4-5 years, has been extremely careful with his writing. Nothing, I'm sure, has arisen accidentally.
