The only other things I could say are that Nora might be a princess, or that the little 'drake' I saw is the dragon princess and the dragon that is flying around is actually trying to find her or something. So, there's that.

It might juuust be possible to figure out what the smaller line of text under 'Dragon Princess' says with a few good enough guesses. Starts with 'The', second line has an 'of the', so on, so forth.

Nora's (presumably) asleep in a cave on Basidian Island. Any dragon who was close enough to know she was there is probably in a similar condition. So, the dragons don't know where she is. The only one we're aware of who DOES know is Trace, who just got into town and hasn't told anyone yet.

Some governments have a prince (or princess?) rather than a king at the top. How one addresses nobility can vary, particularly if a noble chooses to conceal her full rank from some beings. And among dragons, being 2000 years old doesn't necessarily mean your parents aren't around.

I'm not saying it's Lady Nora. Just keeping her on the possibility list.

If I'm not mistaken, that's an official Templar symbol at the bottom.

This could be very significant as to who is behind this conflict.
