Ah well, new comic. I hate to be a cynic, but aside from the "lawl" humor of the recent strips, I'm getting less and less excited for updates. I guess I can't seem to take the story seriously. *shrug* The last panel did get a chuckle out of me, but Kat's "mysterious guy!" just made me facepalm.

Interesting point I thought I'd make. Inns have master keys? I don't think locks were complex enough in that kind of medieval setting to accommodate several individual keys, along with one master key. But then again, Tom did hand it to Kat. <<

This close to the kiss too. *sigh* Oh well. It wouldn't be a proper comedy without such complications. I love Natani's expression in those bottom two panels. She's already going into a panic attack. I think that Keith's cool-headed reserve is going to be necessary to get them out of this. It's a shame that he's still immobilized.

I do appreciate that Natani realizes she doesn't have the rest of her life to admit her love to herself and Keith. She knows she's got to snap him up before someone else does. That little realization is missed by so many characters in similar situations. Hell, even real people in similar situations. That she knows it, and that she's willing to do something about it, that makes all the difference. I hope to God Almighty that she doesn't decide not to do this when Keith asks her about it later. Or if she does, he just grabs her and kisses her. "Was it something like that?" "...Y-yeah..."

Hahaha. This is funny. But the way Kat just came out of nowhere was a little weird. And Nat's face in panel seven and eight is just priceless.

Anyway great comic, although we know what's going to happen we don't know how it will happen. And let's not forget Keith's still paralysed.

Natani's probably gonna use a spell to get Keith unparalysed and their clothes back on. However that would be too easy

I don't really find myself caring whether or not the two come clean to one another. Any emotion that I've previously invested in the characters has been pretty well shot to hell over the past few months.

Hilarious page, especially with the expressions. A few things stood out for me though.

"Even though I know that you're a guy...I can't help feeling this..."
Sounds more like what a guy exploring gay things would say. But if you look at Natani's case, this is a beautiful example of how her psyche works. When confronted with deep feelings she sees herself as a guy still. ^^


"Some weird guy just gave me the master key."

Alaric or Master Spy are the 2 culprits that come up in my mind immediatly. Or maybe one of the basitin guards? Though I get the impression that Kathrin, uses 'weird guy' instead of 'weird/some basitin'. I don't know why but I get the impression that she's referring to a human, of which there are few on the island.
