Ooh, that sucks. I read the post at your website, and I understand how it happened, though. If you want to format a drive, always back it up.

However, you may be able to recover some stuff through recovery software, Like this, but until you try using it, don't do anything with that drive! You don't want to accidentally sabotage your chances of recovery.

It may not work perfectly (or at all), but give it a shot anyways, and there are multiple kinds of recovery programs if this one doesn't work. And, if you can't get your files back, well, you've learned to back-up from experience. Trust me, it's happened to me as well, and I know how much it sucks.
