I've bought digital comics through Indyplanet in the past with good luck, so when I purchased The Dragon Masquerade
on January 15 I was looking forward to reading it that night.
I tried downloading it three times and it kept giving me a 'size mismatch' error and timing out. Now their system says I've reached my download limit and won't let me try again.
The only contact options are a website form or physical address and I've sent two messages through their form in the last week with no response.
Has anyone else had problems like this?
Does anyone have a better way to contact them?

I thought I'd leave an update in case anyone stumbles across this post with the same problem in the future.
A staff member emailed me back yesterday with a few suggestions and to let me know she'd reset my downloads. I tried a couple more times last night with the same results, so I gave up until today when I was able to fully download it at work. I haven't had problems downloading at home in the past, but she mentioned this is a popular title so that may have something to do with it.
It's an enjoyable read and definitely worth the purchase!
